Australia and Rest of the World: Standard 10-15 working days (Royal Mail International Tracked), Express 3-5 Days (DHL)
UK: generally next day if ordered before 1 pm.
Europe (EU): Standard 3-5 working days (Royal Mail International Tracked), Express 2-3 Days (DHL)
Orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise.
To arrange a return, please send us an email to email@example.com and we will give you the instruction to safely return the order.
Returned merchandise should include the packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received.
You can opt both for a replacement with another item (if cheaper the difference of price will be refunded) or with a complete refund.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. NOTE: returns of made-to-order blankets are not accepted.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
Upon items arrival, any damage in the package needs to be reported to us via mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please allow 10 to 14 days for the processing of your return.
