Benefits of Cashmere vs Other Fabrics
Cashmere offers you unparalleled comfort and warmth. It’s luxuriously soft to the touch, making it enjoyable to wear against your skin. It’s also hypoallergenic, making it ideal for those who are sensitive to traditional wool jumpers.
Despite being lightweight, it’s incredibly good at insulating, making it the perfect option for providing winter layering without looking too casual or bulky. Perfect for that chilly morning commute when there’s ice on your windscreen.
Cashmere is timeless and elegant, and won’t look tired after a few washes like cheaper materials do.
Why Choose One?
These sweaters are associated with elegance and high-class individuals, and so they bring a touch of sophistication to your outfit, effortlessly elevating your wardrobe.
They can add a touch of class to a casual chic outfit, just as well as a polished professional look, making them a versatile wardrobe piece you’ll wear continuously. Pair it with a sleek pencil skirt for a refined office look, or wear it draped over your shoulders with a floral dress to add elegance to your evening outfit. It transitions from daywear to nightwear seamlessly.
The wide array of colours available for cashmere helps you match the palette of almost any outfit. At Italy in Cashmere we use subtle yet popular colours, like Periwinkle Blue and Camel Brown, to help keep their classic appeal.
The natural drape of the cashmere fabric helps to compliment your body’s silhouette, making them very flattering without clinging too tightly. The fabric will adapt to your body type, ensuring maximum comfort while highlighting your best features.
How To Clean
Handwashing cashmere is always best, using delicate washing detergent.
Machine washing is slightly more risky, but if it’s your only option, choose a side-mounted drum machine, add the jumper to a mesh cage, and use a low-temperature delicate cycle.
Lay it flat to dry on its own.
